Betsy's Delicious Pork is something you won't find everywhere and we're proud to be one of the few manufacturers who offer Pork as a protein for your dog. It's a worry for some, as they have heard the horror stories around Trichinella which is a disease most known to occur in pork.
However, we use human grade, UK pork, and this is all completely tested before it even enters the food chain. Meaning our delicious pork is not only delicious, it's safe too! If you want more information you can check out the Food Standards Agency website.
The farm we use ensures the highest of standards for welfare and raising, often exceeding the requirements of the Red Tractor or QMS assurance schemes. Minimal antibiotics are used, alongside a carefully selected diet from industry experts. We are sourcing the best we possibly can for your dog. We use a high quality cut of meat and don't mix this or change the consistency, this is shown by how the meat holds itself together and the chunky-ness!
